I have been building custom fishing rods since 2005. I understand what it takes to make a good fishing rod great, and started Chrome Seeker Custom Rods as a way to provide a quality fishing rod that can't be bought in a store.

How much does a custom built fishing rod cost?

Price depends on your choice of blank and components. Higher quality materials will cost more. An average rod costs around $315, but can vary from $250 to $500. Rarely do they exceed that.

How long until I get my fishing rod?

Order time can vary a lot. The biggest factor is how long it takes to get parts from manufactures. As soon as I have all the parts available I can build 4 rods a day.

How do I get my handcrafted fishing rod?

If you are local I will meet you to hand deliver your fishing rod. If you are out of the area I will ship via USPS unless otherwise specified. Shipping is factored into the final price of the rod.

Is there a warranty on a custom fishing rod?

Yes! All Chrome Seeker Custom Rods have a Lifetime Warranty on craftsmanship of the rod. That includes handles, reel seats, guides etc coming free from the blank, and all of these circumstances will be fixed for free. Blanks are covered under the manufacture’s warranty.
